This platform facilitates the sale of pre-loved, second-hand items. We strive to ensure accurate listings, offer quality items and make every effort to clearly note any flaws or imperfections in each listing. Due to the nature of the business all products are sold as they are. 

We guarantee to:

• Provide accurate and honest information in listings
• Not sell prohibited or illegal items
• Complete transactions in good faith

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details to process orders and improve our services.

Your information is used to:

• Process transactions
• Communicate order updates
• Improve user experience

We do not sell your personal data.

Payment Processing
We use a third-party payment provider, Square, to securely process all transactions. When you make a purchase, your payment details are transmitted directly to Square and are handled in accordance with their privacy and security policies. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Website Hosting and Platform
Our website is built and hosted using GoDaddy. As a result, some of your data may be stored on secure servers managed by GoDaddy. They may also collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and site usage information to help operate and improve the platform.

We may share necessary personal information with trusted third-party providers, including payment processors like Square, our website provider GoDaddy, and shipping partners, solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

You have the right to access and correct your personal information at any time.

Due to the nature of pre-loved items, all sales are considered final unless the item is significantly not as described.

We will offer a refund or exchange if:

• The item is faulty
• The item differs materially from its description

We will NOT offer a refund for:

• Change of mind
• Sizing problems

Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days after delivery, with proof of purchase. 

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described please email 2ndeditionsocials@gmail.com immediately, where we will then assess if a refund will be provided.

 Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on location:

• Australia: 3–10 business days, but not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

All packages will be provided with a tracking number when items have been packaged and shipped out. 

• New: Brand New with Tags
• Like New: No visible wear, unused or barely used
• Excellent: Minimal signs of wear
• Good: Some wear, fully functional
• Fair: Noticeable wear, still usable

All flaws should be clearly shown in photos and descriptions.

 We accept major credit cards and secure online payment providers.

All payments must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel transactions suspected of fraud.
